Revamping REMAX

REMAX Ireland is part of the global brand REMAX, which sells the most property globally. Its Irish HQ is based in Waterford and has plenty of other offices spread throughout the country including; Dublin, Galway and Limerick.

Setup & context

Their lead generation process was outdated. They were depending on people to see ads in the local newspaper, on flyers and wait for them to phone them. I decided to set up a fully automated lead gen funnel.

One of the main challenges was collaborating with a number of different departments and getting everyone on the same page.

Launch, impact, results

We were overwhelmed by the response we had to the lead magnet: The Home Seller's Guide. In the first month alone we received over 300 leads after spending €500 on Facebook Ads, resulting in a cost of €1.66 per lead.
